Problem investigation and resolution: I can work in loosely-defined problem spaces, independently or within a team, to uncover and analyse the root causes of issues. I can present options and recommend or make decisions to maximise positive impact.
Architectural analysis and modelling: Identification of critical components, dependencies and relationships, to assess the impact of architectural and environmental changes, and prioritise investment to maximise gains in productivity and resilience.
Partnering and communication: Bridging the gap between technical and non-technical disciplines, within and outside of project team boundaries. Clear communication of risks and issues in terms of business impact, to align expectations and build a culture of trust.
Architecture design and review: High-level design of systems and integrations with a focus on complex COTS products, Microsoft Power Platform and Google Cloud. Government Service Assessor and was previously chair of a central government department's Architecture Review Board.
Technology governance: Design and implementation of proportionate governance and assurance structures to promote success in digital delivery. I can work with organisations to assess systematic risks, and build strategies to safeguard against issues without stifling creativity and innovation.
